The Others…

…are a mix of two-footers and four-footers. There are two two-footers that comprise the new-staff. There is another cat who seems quite upset that I’m here. She seems unstable, threatened, and always on edge. She needs watching. Then there is one large dog. I’ve seen the type in a general sense. Not to be trusted. But this one seems different somehow. Nevertheless, not to be trusted.

In photo. After chasing the laser pointer for 20 minutes, Wednesday takes a well deserved rest on the couch next to new-staff. End photo.

The new-staff is responsive and the tall one seems particularly entertained by my presence. He comes and goes but spends a lot of time on the couch when he’s in my room. And if I ever catch that red dot that darts around the floor after the sun patch is gone, I’ll turn it green or blue or tack it to the wall.

I’m becoming curious about what is beyond what the new-staff calls “gate.” After a good nap, I’ll watch it for a while.

Wednesday’s Next Report.
